The Changes Technique is a natural breathing method that takes you back to basics and is taught through relaxation.
You’ll learn how to use this breathing technique to take control of your speech.
Throughout the course, we also introduce various tools and techniques to support controlled speech, build speaking confidence, develop a positive mindset, and more.
