1. Introduction

At Changes for Stammerers Ltd we are committed to ensuring the safety, well-being, and dignity of all participants attending our courses for adults who stammer. This policy applies to all interactions within our courses, including in-person sessions held at hotel conference rooms and any follow-up support provided via phone, WhatsApp video calls, or group discussions.
